COUZZO, VILLAGE MANAGER FROM: RUSSELL K. WHITE, PUBLIC SERVICES MANAGER SUBJECT: TEQUESTA PARK BALL FIELD MAINTENANCE DATE: SEPTEMBER 25, 2008 Attached, please find an agenda item for the above subject. I am recommending that we approve this proposal to Sheehan Turf Care Inc., of Jupiter. The annual cost is $30,756.00 this reflects a 3% increase from last year. We have budgeted $172,000.00 in the Landscape and Irrigation account for maintenance. For the past several years Sheehan has done an outstanding job of maintaining the fields at the Park. They keep us up to date with the condition of the fields and any problems that they see, or may become a problem if not addressed. They have also kept increases at 3% per years since they began maintain our fields, which in today's economy is remarkable. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
