Village Council appointment of audit committee members

The Village Council passed resolution 68-06/07 establishing an audit committee to assist the Village
Council in selection of an auditor to conduct the State mandated annual financial audit.
The Village advertised for applicants to sit on the audit committee noting that the applicant must have a
background in finance, audits or related experience in the financial field. The following applicants
responded:
1. Frank D'Ambra
a. Twenty five years experience in the financial services industry
b. Currently employed as the president of Financial Concepts a consulting practice for
insurance and investment firms.
2. Anthony Goedmakers
a. No information supplied regarding background/experience in the financial field.
