HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes_Local Planning Agency_01/09/1979• MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA January 9, 1979 A Public Hearing held by the Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, was held at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 9, 1979 in the Village Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. The purpose of the Public Hearing was to consider amending various sections of Ordinance No. 211, Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta. The amendment would provide a Site Plan Review for R-3, C-1 and C-2 Zoning Districts. Mayor Brown read the Notice of Public Hearing advertised in the Beacon Newspaper that is delivered throughout this area, The Village Attorney announced that the purpose of this proposed Ordinance is to allow the Council to have certain input in the construction , traffic flow, appearance, etc, in the C-I, C-2 and R-3 Zoning District. There was brief input from Mr. John Giba in connection • with the Land Use and Comprehensive Plan. Having no other comments from the floor the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 P.M. Cyrese Colbert
