subject: WTP Engineering Services During Construction
Dear Mr. Couzzo:
Enclosed, as discussed, are two copies of the fee authorization to cover the Date:
engineering services during construction for the WTP Expansion. Note the September 27, 2006
previously approved WTP Design and Permit authorization included services during
construction in the scope so this is only a fee authorization. This is being forwarded contact:
at this time for approval under the assumption that Council will vote to award to the William D. Reese, P.E.
WTP Expansion at the next meeting. As you know, we have not yet completed our Phone:
qualifications evaluation for the low bidder but anticipate doing so within the next 561.697.7069
couple of days, pending their response to our inquiries.
Email:
We have established the construction services fee consistent with our prior wreese@arcadis-
understanding relative to rates which maintains sensitivity to the Village's on-going us.com
mandate for high quality service at a fair price.
Our ref:

We look forward to another successful construction project and thank you, once
again, for this opportunity to service the Village's engineering needs.
Should you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please call.
Sincerely,
